Brandy Held's Music Studio began in 2005 after realizing her passion for teaching. Over the past 18 years her music studio and she has had up to 45 students weekly. Brandy currently teaches general music full time so only teaches in small capacity in her studio.Brandy offers piano and guitar lessons for $35 a half hour and $68 an hour. She teaches beginning to advanced piano & guitar lessons. She also offers combo lessons where students can switch between piano and guitar. Her music studio has been listed in a livestrong.com article as one of the top fun activities in Madison, WI for children. Year long studio hours are: Tuesday 4 to 5pm and Thursdays 4 to 8:30pm. The studio is located at 6 Autumn Jade Court Madison, WI 53719. Makeup lessons are available for some missed lessons during cancelled lessons and Fridays 4:30 to 6:30pm.

Brandy Held's students have a chance to learn a variety of musical styles and compose their own music as well. Because of Brandy's interest in live performance, songwriting, and recording she is able bring it all together for students interested in more than just music lessons. Often Brandy's students go on to write their own songs, create full length albums, and become performers themselves in the Madison area. Each one of Brandy's student has a chance to perform in recitals two times a year in an auditorium. Also they will have a chance to make a music video around the holidays and perform Christmas music at the Madison airport most years. Brandy is also help students prepare for Solo and Ensemble, open mics, and real live music gigs. This gives students something to work towards and performing experience which is important to students of all ages.

Brandy Held's Music Studio makes monthly donations to the Heifer International Foundation. Brandy believes in giving back to the community and also believes the Heifer Foundation to be one of the most helpful organizations. Brandy's music studio recitals also help raise money for Heifer Foundation. Brandy's music recitals along with the help from her music students & parents, have helped purchase a variety of gifts to help those in poverty and to help empower families. Brandy is also a supporter of Kiva loans to help other businesses and people throughout the world.
