She has been a pianist for 20 years. Brandy does have her own portable keyboard but not a PA system. Her keyboard needs to be run through a PA System. She does not charge extra for the keyboard rental or if you would like her to sing for your ceremony as well. Wedding Ceremony One Song only: (1 meeting) **$100 for wedding ceremony (30 minutes travel time or less) **$125 for wedding ceremony (35 minutes to 1 hour travel time) Wedding Ceremony with 2-10 Songs: (about 30 minutes of music): (example: 15 minutes prelude music, 1-2 songs for the ceremony, 15 minutes postlude) (1-2 meetings) **$300 for wedding ceremony (30 minutes travel time or less) **325 for wedding ceremony (35 minutes to 1 hour travel time) Wedding Ceremony with 11 to 20 Songs (about 1 hour of music): (example: 20 minutes prelude music, 3-5 songs for ceremony, 20 minutes for postlude music) (1-2 meetings) **$400 for wedding ceremony (30 minutes travel time or less) **$425 for wedding ceremony (35 minutes to 1 hour travel time) Wedding Ceremony with 21-30 (about 1.5 hours of music): (example: 30 minutes prelude music, 3-5 songs for ceremony, 30 minutes for postlude music) (1-3 meetings) **500 for wedding ceremony (30 minutes travel time or less) **525 for wedding ceremony (35 minutes to 1 hour travel time) Wedding Ceremony with 31-40 (about 2 hours of music): (example: 40 minutes prelude music, 5-10 songs ceremony, 40 minutes postlude music) ( 1-3 meetings) **600 for wedding ceremony (30 minutes travel time or less) **625 for wedding ceremony (35 minutes to 1 hour travel time) Cocktail Hour: $100 for half hour of music $300 for an hour $350 for hour and a half $400 for two hours $450 for two and half hours $500 for three hours **$50 of the wedding fee is needed to book the wedding date for ceremonies and cocktail hours. This fee is non-refundable. ** One month before the wedding: Brandy needs to have all the wedding music and needs to know of all the rehearsal dates and times **The remaining balance is due no later than the wedding rehearsal. For a cocktail hour: the remaining balance is due on the wedding day. Information about Wedding Ceremony & Wedding Rehearsal: Wedding Rehearsal: includes 1 hour (without keyboard rental) or 1.5 hours with keyboard rental: 30 minutes for set up and sound check Keyboard needs to be run through a PA System. Does not include rehearsals with other musicians outside of 1 hour. There will be a $35 fee for each half hour the rehearsal runs over 1 hour of the rehearsal time. If extra rehearsal time is needed beyond 1 hour please try to inform Brandy ahead of time. Extra rehearsals are $35 half hour and $70 an hour. It is recommended that there is an extra 30 minute to 1 hour rehearsal added if Brandy has to rehearse other musicians. I will require an extra rehearsal if there are several pieces to be rehearsed with other musicians. She also needs to know if there needs to be a different arrangement of a song for a vocalist/instrumentalist at least 3 weeks before the wedding. Wedding Ceremony: Includes time for prelude music, the ceremony, and postlude music. With keyboard rental: 30 minutes for set-up & sound check is included. Does not include rehearsals with other musicians. Any extra rehearsals with other musicians the day of the wedding will be $35 extra per half hour and $70 an hour **Cost of Music is extra if she doesn't have it (Check her ceremony and cocktail hour pages for lists of songs. Feel free to email her a list to see what she has in her music library. She does not write out arrangements for songs. |
